Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Examples of Key Duties: (Not inclusive and may vary with the individual assignment)

  •  Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying documents
  •  Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Perform data entry and update documents as needed
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Answer calls from clients regarding their inquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests

Knowledge of: (at entry)

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Computer proficiency is required.
  • Proficiency in Google applications (Drive, Sheets, Gmail, Docs, etc).

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

You will be sitting for long periods, and you will also be on the computer or phone most of your shift.

  • Skill in: (at entry)
  • Customer support experience preferred
  • Ability to transcribe accurately
  •  Calendar management proficiency
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to file documents accurately

Job Type: Full-time/Part-Time

 

  • Consistent hours, 4-8 hour shifts available.
  • No nights (Business hours 7-5)
  • Weekends as needed

Pay: $22-$25 per hour
